I selected the precedents, ensuring that there were plans, sections and elevations available, so that I could use them in the collage process of The Big Draw. Through this process the precedents I chose had a large impact on my design process, and the scheme iterations that resulted from this. Alongside this, I selected them based on their correlation to affordable housing, in the form of Co-Housing schemes, as this is where I want to take my project, and the direction of Terra-Firma. I also focused on buildings that have interesting forms, circulations and spacial possibilities that I found particularly noticeable.
